Steve Blum (born April 28, 1960) is an American voice actor. He voiced the Psi-Mutants in Destroy All Humans! and the Black Ninjas (and the Black Ninja Leader) in Destroy All Humans! 2. He is best known for voicing Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop and the voice TOM, the host of Toonami. He has also voiced Starscream in Transformers: Prime, Wolverine in Wolverine and the X-Men, Vilgax in Ben 10, Guilmon in Digimon, and Techmo and various other characters in Regular Show.
