Keith Ferguson (born February 26, 1972) is an American voice actor. He voices the Suburban Males in Destroy All Humans! and Sergeant Fauxhall and Officer Rudolph in Destroy All Humans! 2. In the world of voice acting, he is best known as Bloo from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Reaper from Overwatch, Basch fon Rosenberg from Final Fantasy XII, and Lightning McQueen in Cars Toons (filling in for Owen Wilson.) He has also done some additional voices for Family Guy and The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy.
