Hail to the Chief is an Odd Job played in Shen Long in Path of the Furon.

Crypto finds Veronica Stone in Shen Long covering stories for Hindsight evening news magazine. She is covering a tea convention now, but has a lead on police corruption that involves the chief. Veronica asks for his help to catch him in the act.
Veronica asks him to go to Kowdung where the chief collects bribe money, and follows him around in a disguise. The chief stops at the Horny Dragon, where he meets a hawker to discuss a deal which involves getting a cut of the brothel in exchange for the police turning a blind eye. The chief also demands to be serviced by his finest women free of charge each afternoon.
Crypto then Body Snatches the hawker to talk to the chief at the station in front of his men, mentioning the deal at the brothel. Veronica then reveals herself to have evidence of his corruption through audio tape. The chief then orders his men to kill her, but Crypto protects her from the police while she gets safely to the news van. She thanks Crypto for being alive and becoming the world's most famous reporter.
