Jim Meskimen (born September 10, 1959) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, impressionist and voice actor. He voiced Cosmonaut Leonid and the Russian Men in Destroy All Humans! 2. He is probably best known for his work on Whose Line Is It Anyway?. He also voiced Ultron in Avengers Assemble, Lt. James Gordon and Deadshot in Batman: Gotham Knight, and has provided additional voices for My Neighbors the Yamadas.
