Jason Harris Katz (born July 25, 1969) is an American voice actor and former TV host. He voiced the American Men and Astronaut Biff in Destroy All Humans! 2. He also voiced Chad Dickson/Number 274 in Codename: Kids Next Door and Old Bird in Rio 2. He was also the host for the short-lived Double Dare 2000 on Nickelodeon.
