Aliens Stole My Brain Stem! is the sixth storyline mission of Destroy All Humans!. It is unlocked after completing Televisions of Doom.
Overview[]
Original[]
Orthopox tells Crypto to collect twelve of the extracted brains that may have survived the failed signal broadcast intact in Santa Modesta, as well as extracting 300 Furon DNA from living humans. However, Pox warns Crypto that the Majestic and scientists nearby have set up electromagnetic pulse emitting devices nearby, which may cause Crypto's weapons to malfunction for a brief amount of time.
Crypto discovers the brains at the houses in the Clancy Street district, some protected by Majestic and Police forces, while some are hidden in metal boxes. Whether Crypto obtains either the DNA or brains first does not affect the status of the mission, as collecting both completes the mission.
After the mission, a newspaper reports that sixteen more people were killed following the failed broadcast.
2020 Remake[]
The differences in the remake include the following:
- Pox has additional dialogue
- This mission introduces the Anal Probe.
Optional objectives involve using the Anal Probe on humans.

Trivia[]
- Although Pox tells Crypto to obtain DNA from living humans, Probes can also be collected and count towards the total.
- This is the first mission in the game that uses the EMP Mines, and the mission that introduces the player to Majestic agents being able to jam Crypto's Holobob disguise.
- If the player decides to listen to conversations in the area, the player can hear two between a police officer and a woman, as well as another officer interrogating a couple.
